READ ME BEFORE ORDERING 


  1. All momentfood.com orders are for same-day delivery or same-day pick-up.
  2. Cut-off for orders is at 6:00 PM daily. All orders made after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day.
  3. All delivery orders require a minimum transaction of P500.
  4. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
  5. Please refer to the Shop the Menus section on the website to review items available for ordering.
  6. Mo'Go, Moment's in-house delivery fleet, can cover up to a 25 km radius. Should your delivery location be beyond these areas, the committed delivery time may change and additional delivery charges will apply.
  7. Please refer to the Special Delivery Solutions section on the website for customized solutions to your needs.

ACCOUNT CREATION

 

By registering with this website, you are agreeing to provide your personal information and nominate a confidential password for your account. Should you believe that your password has been compromised, kindly change your password immediately. MomentFood reserves the right to suspend your registration, should you breach these Terms and Conditions.


ORDERING

 

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders of MomentFood products, the agreement to which will be considered as an offer to purchase the products in accordance with the said terms. 

 

Acceptance of Orders

 

All momentfood.com orders are for same-day delivery or same-day pick-up.

Cut-off for orders is at 6:00 PM daily. All orders made after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day. All delivery orders require a minimum transaction of P500.


It is Mo' Cookies’s entire discretion to accept orders from this website. Mo' Cookies reserves the right to decline the transaction without giving any reason. The receipt of the orders will render a transaction number and will be sent through the provided email address or mobile number, with complete order details.

 

Order Confirmation

 

The Order Confirmation will be sent in the form of email or SMS. It is an acknowledgement and record of the agreement to deliver the products ordered and within the specified delivery time.


For orders paid using the online payment system, confirmation of order is done upon verification of the receipt of payment.

 

Product availability and customer information will be done via a phone call to the customer to offer a reasonable substitute (if needed) and/or confirm information.

 

An accurate delivery address, email address, and contact number must be ensured when ordering to avoid any discrepancy or delays in delivery. 


Should your account be used by another person on your behalf, transactions shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these Terms:


Changes and Cancellation of Orders

 

All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly review your orders carefully before checking out.


PRICES AND PAYMENT


Menu Prices


Please refer to the Shop the Menus section on the website to review items available for ordering.

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. Only a delivery charge will be added for delivery orders. The vendor reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without further notice. 

 

Without prejudice to any inadvertent technical mistake (which will be charged to the customer), the price of the product/s shall be as reflected on the website.


Payment

 

The transaction amount will be deducted from your account upon the confirmation and check out of your Order. 

 

Payment can be done via Paypal, Credit Card, or Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard). Kindly ensure card validity, should you choose to pay via Credit or Debit Card. The vendor reserves the right to cancel your order at any stage.

 

Online Credit Card Payments will be validated before delivery and may be subject to additional delivery charges. For the protection of both credit card holders and MomentFood against fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, the vendor reserves the right not to deliver if no credentials are presented.

 

By submitting your order details, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. The vendor reserves the right to refuse your offer, should it be necessary.


DELIVERY 

 

Delivery Radius

 

In-house Delivery is available within a 25 km radius, but can extend to other areas. Should your delivery location be beyond these areas, the committed delivery time may change. 

Our store personnel will notify you in case the delivery address is not within the delivery service radius. In case payment has been settled prior to notification, your payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days, as per credit card rules and regulations.

  • 3-6km - P149
  • 6-12km - P249
  • 12-19km - P299
  • 19-25km - P399

 

Mo' Cookies reserves the right to suspend the Delivery Guarantee Policy during extreme weather conditions or events that will put the safety of our riders at risk. For their protection, delivery service personnel will not enter hospitals or areas that have known risks of the COVID19 infection. They will also not go beyond the front door of delivery locations and must be met outside, for their own safety. 

 

Stop the Clock Policy


Please note that the delivery time will stop as soon as the rider reaches the guard station or the lobby of the building. This applies to deliveries to offices, hotels, residential buildings, and hospitals only.


Special Delivery Solutions

 

Please refer to the Special Delivery Solutions section on the website for customized solutions to your needs. 


Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries

 

In cases where delivery is attempted by the vendor, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:


Absence of the recipient;

Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel;

Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully; 

Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items; 

No-show cancellations;

Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery,

 

MomentFood reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

 

Wrong Order, Missing Items, Defective Goods

In some cases, Mo' Cookies may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. Should the vendor determine that the products you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, compensation for your Order or parts of your Order will be provided, depending on the situation.


PICK UP


Orders may be picked up either personally by the customer or through a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer. 


There is no limit to transaction quantity or amount for pick up orders. 


No delivery fee will be charged for order pick-ups.
